How Aureum Lend Works

A structured matching and escrow service. Your gold is purchased into escrow, you receive capital via a monthly payment plan, and the gold returns upon full repayment.

01

Ship to Vault

We provide courier labels. You ship your 1 oz Sovereigns (or other gold) to our vault. Courier insurance is 1% of the gold value in transit. Authentication and receipt confirm the transaction.

02

Loan Triggered

Once your gold is received and verified in our vault, the Pay Plan is activated and funds are disbursed according to the agreed terms.

03

Monthly Payments

Make fixed monthly payments under the product payment plan. Your gold remains securely vaulted and untouched for the full term.

04

Gold Returned

Upon full repayment, the gold is released from escrow and returned to you. Ownership is restored in full.

For Borrowers

Access capital against the gold you already own — without a traditional sale that may trigger capital gains.

  • 1:1 LTV on 1 oz or 1/10 oz Sovereigns — Pay Plan amount equals current spot value. 1/10 oz coins let you custom-tailor the exact amount.
  • Term-based rates starting at Canadian Prime + 5.5% (1-year)
  • Lower LTV for other gold types
  • Monthly payment plan structure
  • Gold is stored in RBC bank vaults for the full term.

No. Aureum Lend is a private matching and escrow facilitation service. What happens if I default?

In the event of default, the gold held in escrow may be liquidated to satisfy the outstanding obligation in accordance with the definitive agreement. Specific remedies, notice periods, and procedures are set out in the transaction documents. Consult independent legal advice.

Where can I buy gold?

We recommend purchasing your 1 oz Canadian Maple Leafs or other eligible gold from established Canadian dealers such as Kitco or AU Bullion. Both are well-known for competitive pricing and reliable service across Canada.
