Fees & Costs

All fees are disclosed in the definitive agreement and factored into the cost of the Pay Plan as required under applicable Canadian rules.

Transport & Insurance

One-time transport fee of $59.00 plus courier insurance at 1% of the gold value in transit (to and from the vault).

Borrower Admin Fee

$99.00 admin fee to initiate any Pay Plan.

Lender Fees

2.5% lending fee plus $99.00 admin fee to initiate any Pay Plan.

Interest

Fixed rates: 1-year Prime + 5.5%, 2-year Prime + 7%, 5-year Prime + 9%. All rates are fixed (not variable) and structured to remain below the criminal interest rate.
